  Buyer Beware! Very poor customer service, very poor warranty service.
  We've been missing our $2500.00 warrantied solar panel since August of 2017.
  It is now 7 months later (March 2018) and still no sign of a replacement panel. On top of the warranty issues, their faulty installation work caused damage to our garage roof and ceiling. Have been getting nothing but the run-around from this company for months. Besides missing our $2500.00 panel we're now staring at a $4800.00 roof repair job, all because we foolishly chose to deal with this company.
  Over the years we've purchased a solar roof panel, a solar hot water tank and a pool heating system from them and we still can't manage to get any service. NEVER AGAIN!

  The customer service from Florida Solar East is outstanding!! We had a pressure valve issue with our pool solar panels and they didn’t hesitate to take care of us! Highly recommended!
